MoHE and Cisco organize workshop for ICT strategy development in Egyptian Higher Education

I had the opportunity to participate in the workshop organized by Ministry of Higher Education and Cisco consultants to shape the strategy of Higher Education in Egypt

The gamed changers we agreed upon are:

1- Leadership (Communication Campaign, Embassadors, Motivate Stakeholders)

2- Private Public People Partnership

3- Empower Stakeholders

4- New Business Models (Service Delivery, Operation Models)

5- Governance (Measurement, Monitoring, KPIs)

Solutions include:

1- Collaborative Space (Cloud based, SaaS, Mobilitiy enabled) for students, faculty, leaders

2- Modern eLearning: Curriculm instead of Content, Learner Centric
