ICT Strategy workshop for the Ministry of Higher Education

A very successful workshop is held in Cairo to shape the ICT strategy for the Ministry of Higher Education. The workshop is organized by ICTP and Microsoft with the moderation of Thomas Cassidy (Education Impact).
